We (the Elk County Chapterof ABATE of PA) , are a motorcycle rights group that activly tries to promote motorcycle safety and awareness.  We do so in many ways throughout the community by different charitable Actions including " benifit rides" and supporting other charities in their endeavors.  We are a local group of the Alliance of Bikers Aimed Toward Education (ABATE of PA).  For further infomation please follow links contained on this Page.  Our local chapter has chosen to focus support towards local veterans, veteran families, and veteran support organizations.
